Shipping & Returns Info
NZ SHIPPING
- We currently offer free New Zealand wide shipping on all items over $100.
- We ship with Courierpost - overnight & signature required. Shipping timeframe applies to business days only. Shipping can take an extra couple of days due to bad weather or public holidays.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday 9am-2:30pm will be processed same day, orders weekdays after 5pm will be processed next day & weekend orders are processed on Mondays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently ship to Australia via tracked courier.

RETURNS POLICY
- We are happy to accept a return of your purchase in exchange for another item or store credit. If you wish to return an item you will need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We can extend our 7 day policy if your purchase is a gift and we have been notified during the purchase process. Free shipping does not apply to exchanged goods, shipping on exchanged goods is $10.00.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be exchanged.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping does not apply to exchanged items, exchanged items will cost for delivery.
SALE ITEMS
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final sale only.
- Sale items are excluded from free shipping.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
- As we are primarily a bricks & mortar store and our website stock updates every 24hrs there may be a risk that you have purchased an item that has sold out that day in store before our website has updated. If this were to be the case you would have the option of a full refund, if the item is available for reorder you would have the option for us to order this back in for you.
